Ramy has over 24 years of experience in the areas of financial management, economic evaluations, strategy, and restructuring & transformation across various industries and regions, including Angola, UK, and the Middle East. He has worked for global firms including Henkel, Shell and BP. Ramy holds two degrees in Business Administration and is passionate about change management and transformations in developing economies. Ramy serves as non-executive member on the boards of various companies in the financial services, education, and industry sectors.

Ahmed is an Egyptian / British national with 20+ years of international experience in the field of Internal Audit, Risk Management and Corporate Governance. He has a successful global track record, operating in more than 18 countries managing assurance and advisory projects focusing on corporate governance, board reporting, control environment and risk management. Ahmed held managerial roles within professional services firms (E&Y and PwC) and executive roles at Colt (FTSE 250), Wadi Group and currently is the Chief Internal Audit and Risk Management at Elsewedy Electric. He also delivered projects at a reputable portfolio of clients, including British Airways, British Petroleum, British Telecom, Unilever, Sony, Mubadala, and Mondelez. Ahmed serves as an Independent Non Executive board member at Tanmia Holdings and Premier Casing Services. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and a member of the UK institute of internal auditors.
